Nicholas “Nick” Miller is Supervisor of Application Services and Field Technology at Southwest Gas Corporation, where he leads teams delivering technology solutions that enhance field operations and utility service delivery. With nearly 20 years at Southwest Gas, he has played a key role in advancing systems supporting meter operations, field workforce enablement, and business technology integration.<br /><br />Nick oversees application management and field technology platforms, ensuring tools for technicians and operations staff are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. His work bridges operational requirements with enterprise technology strategy, driving improvements in data access, workflow automation, and system performance.<br /><br />He has held multiple roles across system administration, business technology support, and meter systems, providing a broad understanding of utility operations from field to back office. Prior to Southwest Gas, Nick served in the U.S. Army, where he developed leadership and technical skills that shape his practical, solutions-oriented approach today. He holds an MBA focused on leadership and a BBA.
