Itron Announces the Return of the European Forecasting User Group Meeting

We are excited to announce that the European Forecasting User Group Meeting is back! Join us on Oct. 15 - 16, 2025, in Cambridge, UK. This event, which ran annually from 2008 to 2017, is a premier gathering for energy forecasters to address the unique challenges faced by energy service providers (ESPs). 

The 2025 meeting will feature a dynamic mix of peer presentations, modeling discussions and roundtable dialogues. Key topics will include load flexibility and distributed energy resources (DERs), market changes and modeling challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with your peers and engage in discussions about real-world issues and practical solutions. 

The agenda topics were collaboratively decided by ESP forecasting peers during a virtual planning call in May. If you have any new suggestions for presentations, roundtable discussions or topics, please contact Shannon Ashburn.
