Rich has been with Itron since 1999 working in technical support and product management. Rich is currently the Product Line Manager leading the AMR Systems and Tools team. Outside of work Rich enjoys time with his wife, pets, family and friends, and hobbies of home improvement, biking, fishing, and travelling.
