Shikhar Pandey

Shikhar Pandey is Founder and Managing partner at GridCo. He is an accomplished utility-sector technology and DER planning leader with extensive experience supporting Exelon utilities, most notably through his work with ComEd’s DER Planning & Engineering team. He has led major initiatives in DER hosting capacity analytics, interconnection process reform, flexible interconnection frameworks, and DERMS-aligned operational modeling. His expertise spans planning criteria development, grid analytics, operational forecasting, and large-scale system integration, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment and regulatory compliance. He is the IEEE Grid Flexibility taskforce chair working on topics of DERMS and VPP.
