Itron Inspire
Supporting the Outcomes of Today and Tomorrow
September 18, 2018
Itron Utility Week (IUW) 2018 is almost here! Next week, 1,000 customers from a range of industries will come together in Scottsdale, Arizona to learn more about the comprehensive solutions offered by Itron and our trusted partners, as well as how our customers are realizing value from these solutions.
Last week, we discussed some of our conference tracks, including data management, mobile and measurement solutions, and analytics and advanced applications. Our fourth and final track—focusing on multi-purpose networks—will give IUW attendees the opportunity to learn about Itron’s approach to navigating an evolving operational landscape with interoperable, multi-purpose network platforms designed from the ground up to support a broad range of outcomes today and tomorrow.
As the operational landscape of critical infrastructure providers continues to change, it is becoming clear that utilities and cities must seek new ways to manage resources more effectively. In this track, participants will learn about the tactical considerations for utilities and cities to enable smart utility, city and critical infrastructure outcomes, including network migration strategies, interoperability standards, ecosystem development and more.
Participants will be able to choose from 34 sessions focusing on multi-purpose networks and hear experts discuss a range of topics from smart grid integration to connecting critical distribution automation devices.
