Cristine Korowajczuk is Chief Commercial Officer at CelPlan Technologies, where she leads commercial strategy and customer engagement for advanced wireless and critical infrastructure solutions. She brings more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, with deep expertise in wireless network design, RF planning, and the deployment of complex communication systems across a range of industries. <br />Throughout her career, Cristine has combined strong technical expertise with customer-focused leadership, enabling organizations to design, implement, and optimize high-performance network infrastructures. Her experience spans software development, technical sales, and training and support, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of telecom environments. She has been closely involved in the evolution of CelPlan’s solutions from their inception, contributing to product specifications, system testing, and application development. <br />Cristine’s extensive work with utilities and other critical infrastructure sectors has positioned her as a trusted advisor on network implementation strategies. She helps organizations navigate complex decisions around spectrum selection, technology adoption, and network optimization, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational goals and long-term scalability. Her ability to translate technical complexity into business value has been a defining element of her leadership approach. <br />She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and brings a global perspective to her work, with fluency in multiple languages and experience collaborating across diverse markets. Outside of her core responsibilities, Cristine actively contributes to industry events and forums, sharing insights on emerging telecommunications trends and strategies.
