Paul has more than 30 years of experience helping energy and utility corporations improve operations by implementing business solutions that leverage technology. Paul’s experience extends from business case development to strategy and technology consulting, culminating in implementation, systems integration, and business process optimization. Paul has served a variety of leadership roles at multi-service utilities, software vendors, and consulting organizations. He has developed multi-year strategies for the application portfolio, data migration and conversion, and cloud and infrastructure modernization.<br /><br />Paul has particular experience in helping electric, gas and water corporations increase productivity and reduce operational costs through implementing applications. His areas of expertise include a wide variety of business areas, including Field Service and Scheduling Optimization, Smart Meter/Smart Grid/AMI, Meter Data Management, Customer Service/CRM/Billing, and Work and Asset Lifecycle Management.
